Scot Thrower has a diverse work experience across multiple positions and industries. Scot began their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2013, where they held various roles such as Cashier, Club Concierge, and Lead Club Concierge. During their time there, they managed budgets, increased guest satisfaction, and organized events to drive engagement.
In 2015, Scot joined A-LIGN as a Business Development Manager. Scot excelled in this role, exceeding quotas and bringing in new clients. Scot was recognized as the first successful Sales Agent for A-LIGN in 2016, selling $1.7 million worth of products and acquiring 92 new clients. In 2017, they achieved a remarkable 123% quota attainment with $3.5 million in sales.
Scot's success continued as they were promoted to Director Solution Advisory in 2018. Scot played an instrumental role in increasing the Annual Contract Value (ACV) by 170% while maintaining win rates and lead conversion percentages. Scot onboarded a significant number of new clients and achieved consistent quota attainment.
In 2021, Scot further advanced in their career at A-LIGN, becoming the Vice President Solution Advisory. Scot continued to excel in this position, exceeding quotas and driving significant revenue growth. Their responsibilities included sales leadership, recruiting, training, product promotion, and transaction operations.
Most recently, Scot has taken on the role of Division Vice President of Sales at A-LIGN, starting in July 2022. Throughout their work experience, they have consistently demonstrated exceptional sales and leadership abilities, achieving remarkable results for their employers.
