Terhi Hauskamaa has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Terhi started their career as a Product Manager and later became a Marketing Manager at Forma Publishing Group from 2005 to 2008. Terhi then joined A-lehdet as a Marketing Manager in 2008 and held the position until 2016, during which they were responsible for branding magazines and digital media. Terhi also led The Blog Awards Finland competition for three years. In 2017, Terhi joined A-lehdet Oy as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they were in charge of marketing and communications for B2C and B2B customers, as well as leading sustainability development goals. Recently, they worked as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at Keskisen Kello Oy, part of the A-lehdet group, from April 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they led growth marketing, renewed the brand's visual identity, and clarified the competitive advantage of e-commerce stores in various markets.

From 2016 to 2018, Terhi studied at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Development.
In 2014 and 2015, they attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, where they obtained The IDM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, focusing on Digital Marketing.
Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Terhi Hauskamaa pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
