Justin Schmidt has a diverse work experience in the HVAC industry. Justin started their career as a Sheet Metal Mechanic at Blue Dot Maryland in 2001 and worked there until 2011. From 2012 to 2021, they served as a Heating Air Conditioning Mechanic at Knott Mechanical, Inc. Currently, they are employed as a Project Manager at A.I.R LLC Advanced Indoor Resources since May 2021.

Justin Schmidt earned their high school diploma in Building Construction Technology from Eastern Technical High School, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
