Ramya Pasnoor is a Staff Engineer at AI Engineers, Inc. since May 2023, with a diverse background in civil and structural engineering. Prior roles include Structural Engineer at RRC Companies, Staff Engineer at CCL USA Inc., A&E Design Specialist at Cyient, and Project Engineer at B+T Group. Ramya's experience also encompasses academic roles as a Graduate Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Cleveland State University, where support and instruction were provided to undergraduate students in civil engineering. Previous engineering internships at Aakar Projects, Krishna Constructions, and TNR Constructions in India helped develop practical skills in project management, design, and quality control. Ramya holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures and Foundations from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from St. Mary's College of Engineering and Technology, India. Ramya is also certified as an Engineer in Training (EIT), LEED Green Associate (GA), and Construction Manager in Training (CMIT).
