Gabriele Bongarzone has extensive experience in team management and training within the sales domain, currently serving as Responsabile Progetti Espansione and District Trainer Manager at bofrost* Italia since August 2014. Responsibilities include recruitment, management, and training of Team Managers and Food Advisors across twelve branches. Gabriele has held multiple roles such as Tutor di Filiale, focusing on the coordination and training of sales personnel to achieve company objectives, and Tutor Open Team, leading the PROGETTO LEONE initiative for new sales operators. In addition to a successful sales background, Gabriele is the founder of Indomabile Home Como since July 2022 and has been a football referee for A.I.A. | Associazione Italiana Arbitri - FIGC since September 2015. Gabriele holds a diploma in business administration from IPSSCTS Gaetano Pessina, obtained in 2014.
