Andy Dierschke is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the foundation and construction industry. Currently employed at A.H. Beck Foundation Co., Inc. since August 2019, Andy oversees projects from the prebid phase through to the completion of shaft installation. Previous roles include Manager at FirstMark Foundations, District Manager and Assistant District Manager at McKinney Drilling Company, and Field Sales Area Manager at Sub Surface Tools. Earlier in the career, Andy served as Warranty Manager at Meritage Homes, directing a team focused on homeowner concerns, and as Customer Relations Manager at Pulte Homes. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas State University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
