Theresa Pelletier has a diverse background in architecture, engineering, and construction. Theresa began their career as an intern at the City of Evanston in 1984 before taking on roles as a civil engineer at Ciorba Group, Inc. and McDonough Associates. In 1990, they joined A. Epstein & Sons International, Inc. as a civil project engineer. Theresa then worked at Albertsons as an entitlements coordinator from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they became the Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction, where they are currently employed.

Theresa Pelletier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, completing their studies from 1981 to 1985.
