Felicia McCrosson has a wide range of work experience. Felicia began their career in 2009 as a Tax Intern at Philip Morris International. In 2010, they joined Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager and Tax Senior in the firm's New York Federal Tax Credits group. In 2021, they began working as an Assistant Controller at A-CAP. During their time at EY, they focused on research and development tax credits, investment tax credits, employment-related hiring credits, employee training credits, and economic development zone tax credits for Fortune 500 clients. Felicia also negotiated incentives projects for public and private companies.
Felicia McCrosson obtained their Master's degree in Taxation from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business between 2012 and 2014. Felicia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University, which they earned between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in October 2019.
