Johnny Ruiz serves as the Regional Director of Sales - West at A Better Blind Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Johnny held positions including Territory Sales Manager at Fabral, Channel Sales Manager at DuPont, and Production Manager at Builders FirstSource. Earlier experience includes serving as Territory Manager at American Building Components and multiple roles at The Home Depot, including Department Supervisor and MET Area Execution Supervisor. Johnny started the career as an Account Manager at Universal Forest Products, Inc. and also worked as a Department Supervisor at The Home Depot. Johnny holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College.
