Marcelo Hoffmann is a Founding Partner at ABSeed Ventures, providing support and investment to Seed-stage SaaS businesses in Brazil since January 2017. Hoffmann serves on the Board of Directors for Aegro and Movidesk, and holds advisory positions with SafeSpace, Turivius, CashU Fintech, and Solubio Tecnologias Agrícolas. As a Governance Instructor for Startups and Scale-ups at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, Hoffmann contributes to education in corporate governance. Previously a partner at Baptista Luz Advogados and involved with HFM Advogados, Hoffmann possesses a solid educational background with degrees from institutions such as Yale School of Management and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
