Frederik Fogstad has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Frederik'smost recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer at 9to5 Seating, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Flokk as an SVP starting in 2017. Frederik also held various positions at Scandinavian Business Seating, including SVP and VP - GPO, from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they served as the VP Business Development and Sales Director at Varier Furniture AS from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Kunde & Co, INTERSPORT International Corp., INTERSPORT Norway, Nordisk Kellogg's Aps., Midelfart AS, and The Coca-Cola Company in different managerial and marketing roles.

Frederik Fogstad completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Executive at IESE Business School from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Siviløkonom, majoring in BA Management and Finance, from the University of Wyoming between 1984 and 1991.
