Greg Given has been in the IT industry since 1999. Greg'swork experience includes being a Jr. Systems Engineer at NKOL from 1999 to 2001, a Systems Administrator at Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS from 2001 to 2008, a Senior Collaboration Engineer and Pre Sales Architect at Emerge IT Solutions from 2008 to 2018, a Solutions Architect - Collaboration at Presidio from 2018 to 2020, and a Sales Engineer at 9Line Software LLC since 2022.

Greg Given graduated from Scott High School in 1997. In 2011, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco and a Cisco Express Foundation Specialist from Cisco Systems. In 2012, they obtained a CCIE VOICE Written from Cisco Systems. In 2013, they obtained a Cisco Collaboration Support Specialist 1 from Cisco Systems. In 2014, they attended INE and obtained a CCIE COLLABORATION. In 2017, they obtained an Advanced Security Architecture for System Engineers from Cisco. In 2018, they obtained a CCNP Collaboration from Cisco. In 2020, they obtained a Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers from ConnectWise. In 2021, they obtained a Cisco Meraki Networking Associate - CMNA from Cisco Meraki.
