Sumithu Rukshitha has work experience as a Trainee UX Engineer and Associate UX Engineer at 99x starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Writer from November 2020 to May 2022.

Sumithu Rukshitha's education history is as follows:

From 2017 to 2018, Sumithu attended Digitec Computer Systems and obtained a Diploma in ICT, specializing in Information Technology.

From 2018 to 2020, Sumithu studied at St. Peter's College Negombo and completed their GCE Advanced Level program, focusing on Business/Commerce.

Starting in 2021 and expected to end in 2025, Sumithu is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in software engineering at the Open University of Sri Lanka, with a field of study in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Sumithu has obtained several certifications from SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies). These certifications include the Slasscom Future Career Bridge Bootcamp, obtained in July 2022, and a range of professional skills programs such as Agility, Collaboration, Communication, Presence, Presentation Skills, and Self-awareness and Emotional Intelligence programs, all obtained in October 2021.
