Carolina currently holds the title of Chief Relationship and Talent Officer at 99jobs, overseeing the Talent Solutions and Candidate Experience teams. With a background in institutional relations, strategic communications, and marketing, Carolina has worked with various companies and organizations, including Arquitetura RH, Amigos do Bem, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
