Chinar Shinde began their career in 2015 as a Senior Coordinator at FTV School of Design. In 2016, they moved to ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager of Sales. In 2018, they joined 91Squarefeet (YC W22) as the Regional Director of Business Development (West).

Chinar Shinde received a Master of Business Law (MBL) from the National Law School of India University between 2008 and 2010, studying Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Chinar also holds a Certificate in Fashion Designing from SNDT.
