Clement spent most of his free time in online and offline developer communities. He founded Chatbot Developers Taiwan (a Facebook group for Chatbot Developers) in 2016 and, by far, the largest Chatbot community in Taiwan (10K members).
With the experience of leading the Chatbot Developers community, he was soon connected to Facebook (now Meta). He became one of the Co-Leads of Facebook Developer Circle: Taipei (a Facebook-backed developer global community program) in 2017.
