Prior to this role, Joss held the position of Director of Content Licensing at Turner from February 2018 to January 2020 and served as Vice President at FremantleMedia Enterprises from February 2013 to January 2018. Additional experience includes being the Head of International Sales at Entertainment One from August 2011 to January 2013, Director of Sales at Turner Broadcasting from November 2010 to August 2011, and Sales Manager at A&E Television Networks from November 2008 to November 2010.
