Paulo Oliveira is an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in information systems. Currently serving as Team Lead QA Automation Engineer at 8x8 since February 2022, Paulo previously held the same position at Fuze from May 2019 to January 2022 and worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Johnson Controls between January 2018 and April 2019. Earlier career roles include web development at Live Sense and research-focused development at Instituto de Telecomunicações. Paulo holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technologies, both from Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by a solid foundation from a technological course in informatics. Extensive internship experience at Sika Portugal SA began in 2007.
