Veronique St-Germain serves as the Head of Talent at 8VC since March 2021, leading the talent and recruiting function for the firm and its portfolio companies. With a passion for working with founders, Veronique is dedicated to building a robust Talent Engine to support growing companies. Additionally, Veronique is a Standards Advisory Board Member for the Workforce Talent Educators Association, contributing to accreditation standards for career-building education. Veronique has held prior significant roles including Global Director of Leadership Recruitment at Terminal and Founder of the Art of Talent Conference, aimed at advancing innovative talent acquisition in Canada. With extensive experience in technical recruitment, Veronique has also held positions at Donaldson & James, Vero Talent Solutions Inc., and BlackBerry. Veronique's educational background includes studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College, among others.
