Michal Cohen has several years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Michal is currently the Head of People - Israel at 888holdings, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Partner - Team Leader at 888holdings from January 2019 to August 2023. Before joining 888holdings, Michal was self-employed as a Boutique HR & Recruitment professional from March 2011 to January 2019. Michal also worked as an HR recruiter at 888holdings in 2014 and as the Manager of Bezeq International company's recruitment center on behalf of Adam-Milo institute from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Michal held various roles at Cellcom, including Welfare Call-Center Manager, HR & Recruiter, and Team Leader - Technical Customer Service.

Michal Cohen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & HR from Ben Gurion University during the period from 1999 to 2002.
