Jana Tiede has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Sales Assistant and Graphic Designer at Anchorage Media Group, supporting sales teams and assisting with promotional materials. Jana then transitioned to David Jensen Photography, where they served as a Digital Editor and Assistant Photographer, showcasing their skills in graphic design, photo editing, and photography.
In 2009, Jana joined Examiner.com as an Ad Operations Team Lead, managing and optimizing campaigns for high-profile clients. Jana demonstrated their self-motivation and ability to excel in the field with limited formal training. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at HealthGrades, first as a Senior Manager of Ad Operations, where they led a team responsible for the full advertising campaign process. Jana then moved on to SportsLabs - A Silver Chalice Company, taking on the role of Director of Ad Operations. In this position, Jana implemented industry standards and best practices, resulting in a significant increase in click-through rates for the websites and apps they managed.
Jana joined Oracle in 2017, first as a Senior Integration Architect, Strategic Partnerships, and then as Manager of Strategic Partnership Integrations. Jana successfully managed data integrations between top-tier clients and the Oracle Data Cloud, improving efficiency by over 80%. Jana'stechnical expertise, collaboration skills, and ability to handle conflicting initiatives were instrumental in achieving these results.
From 2021 to 2022, Jana worked at LiveRamp as a Senior Product Manager - Integrations. Jana was responsible for integrating new partners such as Facebook and TikTok and improving existing integrations. Jana'sefforts aimed to alleviate client pain points, improve internal processes, and implement new features at scale.
Most recently, Jana joined 84.51° in 2022 as a Lead Product Manager. Jana played a crucial role in launching Kroger's new ad server with targeting capabilities. Jana collaborated with stakeholders to define business use cases and translated them into technical requirements for engineers. Jana managed the full product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, including iterations and improvements.
Jana Tiede graduated from Whitman College in 2004 with a BA degree. Jana majored in Studio Art and minored in Philosophy. Prior to college, they attended Lathrop High School from 1998 to 2000, and West Valley High School from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Jana has obtained certifications in Ad Exchange and DFP Premium from Google in 2016.
