Phillip Winchester is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at 801 Restaurant Group since October 2023, Phillip previously held positions including Chef De Cuisine at Bellerive Country Club, Chef De Partie at Tempus Restaurant, and Chef De Cuisine at Aspen Skiing Company. Additional roles encompassed Sous Chef at The Little Nell and Banquet Chef at Grand Hyatt, among others.
