Ciara McVicar-Scorgie, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Development at 7shifts since May 2022, having previously held the positions of People Business Partner Lead and Senior People Business Partner. Prior to 7shifts, Ciara worked at Thinkific as a Senior Talent Development Partner and Talent Development Partner from April 2021 to March 2022.
