Greg Chisholm has worked in various roles in the customer service and operations fields since 2000. Greg began their career at Excent Corporation as the Vice President of Customer Care & Operations. In 2016, they moved to Frontline Education as the Senior Customer Support Manager for Special Education and Interventions. In 2019, Greg took on the role of Director of Customer Operations at CWK Network, and the same year they moved to ZVerse, Inc. as the Director of Customer Care & Technical Operations. Currently, Greg is the Director of Operations at 7 Mindsets.
Greg Chisholm obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Troy University between 1990 and 1993. Greg then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University between 2005 and 2008. In January 2020, they obtained a HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA) certification from HIPAA Training.
