Brittany May is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in process improvement and data management. As the Director of Operations at 7(A)Funding since November 2019, Brittany has implemented Agile Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in a 50% increase in annual revenue and enhanced efficiency in loan processing and client relations. Previously, Brittany served as the Data Architect Lead and HR Information Systems Manager at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, where Brittany designed comprehensive database systems that improved data accuracy and operational efficiency significantly across various functions.
