Andrea Arguello began their work experience as a Financial Specialist at Solbanco in 1996 and held their position until 1999. After that, they worked as an Import & Export Agent at Valley Cargo/Box Express from 1999 to 2000. Following this, Andrea worked as a Customer Service Representative at Banco Industrial de Venezuela for a period of six months in 2000. Andrea then joined IDS Telcom as an Executive Administrative Assistant/Sales Agent Support from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Andrea had two concurrent positions. Andrea worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at American Express for six months and as a Sales Operation Specialist/Executive Assistant at TVC Telecom/STS Telecom/Earthlink Business from 2003 to 2011. Most recently, Andrea has been working at 71 lbs as a Lost and Damaged Analyst-Operations since 2014.

Andrea Arguello pursued their education in a chronological order. Andrea attended Colegio Maria Auxiliadora from 1984 to 1996, where they did not receive a specific degree but focused on general studies. Following this, they enrolled at Universidad Del Pacifico in Ecuador from 1996 to 1999, earning an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management. Lastly, they attended DeVry University from 2003 to 2008. At DeVry, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
