Molly Ahearn Allen is an experienced government affairs professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Government Affairs at 7-Eleven since March 2022. Prior to this role, Molly held various positions, including Partner at American Continental Group from March 2016 to February 2022 and Director of Government Relations at the National Community Pharmacists Association from December 2013 to February 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Congressional Affairs at AMGA, Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, and various roles in the United States Senate, notably as Policy Analyst and Executive Assistant for Senator Charles E.
