Larry Hughes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and franchise management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at 7-Eleven since August 2009. Notable leadership roles include overseeing the 700 store "Lone Star" Zone, guiding Learning and Development initiatives, and leading Franchise Systems. Prior to 7-Eleven, Larry held the position of Divisional Director at T-Mobile USA, where a retail division was recognized as the top performer in 2007 and 2008. Additionally, Larry served as Regional Manager at Bath & Body Works, managing over 150 stores across six states. Larry holds an Ed.D. in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in U.S. History from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
