Jonathan Lowe is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in customer journey management and digital product development. Currently serving as Customer Journey Manager at 7-Eleven Australia since April 2019, Jonathan has been instrumental in enhancing digital capabilities and driving customer acquisition through strategic initiatives and app management. Prior to this role, Jonathan led the mobile app team at AGL Energy, achieving substantial user engagement and overseeing the launch of key digital strategies. With a solid foundation in marketing and business development, Jonathan has consistently delivered successful campaigns and improved customer experiences across various organizations, including City and Guilds and MSS Security.
