Johna Scherzer has a work experience dating back to 2007. Johna started their career at Dort Federal Credit Union as a Lending Administrative Assistant. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Consumer Lending Manager. In 2023, they joined 7 17 Credit Union as the Vice President of Lending.

Johna Scherzer completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Saginaw Valley State University between 2003 and 2007. Johna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
