Thibaut Collet has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Thibaut began their career at Sagem as a Device Driver Senior Software Engineer from September 1998 to December 2000. Thibaut then joined NEC Technologies as a Device Driver Senior Software Engineer from December 2000 to June 2005. Thibaut later took on the role of Middleware Principal Software Engineer at NEC Technologies from June 2005 to March 2011. Following this, they became an Android Principal Software Engineer at NEC Technologies from March 2011 to July 2014. In 2014, Thibaut joined 6WIND where they held various positions, including Senior Principal Software Engineer and Support Team Manager. In their roles at 6WIND, they contributed to the development of routing, monitoring, and deployment services, both internally and in the open source community.

From 1994 to 1997, Thibaut Collet attended Télécom Paris, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in mobile radio communications.
