Marisa Patton has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Marisa is currently working as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at 6sense. Prior to their current role, they worked at Listrak as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they provided strategic guidance to enterprise retailers on their email programs and application engagement. Additionally, they developed and executed campaign ideas and fostered strategic relationships with clients. Before that, Marisa worked at ChannelAdvisor as a Client Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing, and at DigitasLBi_US as a Senior Analyst, Search Marketing. Marisa also held roles as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Havas Discovery and Euro RSCG. Marisa started their career as a Marketing Intern at Advance, where they worked on the editorial calendar for the company blog and assisted with implementing the marketing strategy. Marisa also gained experience as a Student and CRS Fitness Instructor at Towson University and as a Marketing Intern at Deeter Gallaher Group LLC and St. Joseph Medical Center. Marisa Patton attended Towson University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business. In addition to their degree, they also achieved certifications such as the Google Adwords Certification in May 2012 from Google, and the Bing Ads Accredited Professional certification in March 2014.
