Bethany Murphy, CMP, serves as the Senior Director of Events at 6sense since June 2022 and has been a member of the Event Leaders Exchange (ELX) since April 2024. Previously, Bethany held positions as Director of Global Events at Drift and Senior Manager of Global Events at Akamai Technologies. With extensive experience in event strategy and management, Bethany has worked with cross-functional teams to optimize event performance, budget management, vendor negotiation, and establish best practices. Earlier roles include Director of Events at LogMeIn, Senior Manager of Events at Forrester Research, and Conference Manager at Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R). Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Meeting and Event Management from Northeastern University.
