Farah Majid is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Strategic Talent Acquisition Team Manager for Executive/Leadership Search at UST since November 2021, Farah is focused on leveraging technology to drive innovative talent strategies. Prior roles include EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and EMEA Resourcing Manager at FIS, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive hiring solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Farah also held recruitment leadership positions at HSBC, Cedar Recruitment, Huntsman Walker, Morgan McKinley, Goodman Masson, and Robert Half Finance & Accounting, focusing on senior finance and executive placements. Academic qualifications include a BA in English and PGCE from the University of Warwick.
