Marian Plajdicko has a diverse work experience in the coffee industry. They began their career in 2012 as a Barista at THE BARN Coffee Roasters Berlin, where they worked until 2014. They then joined Silo Coffee as a Barista from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Marian transitioned to entrepreneurship and became the Owner of Happy Baristas, a role they held until March 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operations Specialist at 60beans starting from November 2022.

Marian Plajdicko completed their Bachelor's degree in Theory of Interactive Media from Masaryk University Brno. Marian attended the university from 2007 to 2012.
