Ishpal also co-founded and served as Chief Executive of 60 Degrees Ltd, a staffing business that specializes in innovative solutions and alternative pricing.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ishpal held various roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, including Director and Head of Client Services, where they worked with clients such as Deloitte, Aviva Investors, and RSA. Ishpal also has experience as a Manager at Martin Ward Anderson and as a Principal Consultant at Hydrogen Group.
