Katie Reberg has diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Katie has recently been working at 60 Decibels as the Head of Learning and Development, where they are responsible for managing the learning and development initiatives of the company. Before this role, they worked as a Manager at 60 Decibels, contributing to the establishment of the organization as a social enterprise. Prior to joining 60 Decibels, Katie was a Senior Associate at the same company.
Katie also has experience in the field of public administration, as they pursued a Masters in Public Administration at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2019.
Additionally, Katie has worked as a Social Impact Bond Program Manager at the Sorenson Impact Center, where they managed two social impact bonds for Salt Lake County. Katie'sresponsibilities included coordinating committees, providing performance management to non-profit service providers, and analyzing data to identify program improvements. Katie also played a key role in developing the Sorenson Center's Service Provider Capacity Building Program.
Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and General Partners at One Acre Fund, where they provided administrative support to the executive team. Katie also gained experience as a Special Projects Associate in the Office of Townships at Salt Lake County.
Katie has interned at NewPartners, a consulting firm, and the John A Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, where they worked on branding strategies and fundraising materials.
During the 2012 Presidential Inauguration, they served as an Assistant Training Coordinator for the Presidential Inaugural Committee. In this role, they assisted in the planning and implementation of the General Volunteer Training, managed volunteer logistics, and facilitated training sessions.
Katie also has political campaign experience, having worked as a Field Organizer for Obama for America. Katie was responsible for managing volunteers, training team leaders, and implementing targeted outreach programs. Katie also served as a Northeast Regional Intern, where they tracked campaign metrics, handled social media content, and provided support for the campaign's dashboard system.
Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a strong focus on learning and development, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
Katie Reberg completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy and Global Health from Northwestern University in 2012. In 2011, they also studied International Public Health/International Health at Stellenbosch University for a brief period. Later, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2019.
