Anand Iyer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anand is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at 5C Network since March 2022. Prior to this, Anand founded and worked as a business coach at AltParadigms Business Coaching Solutions from 2019 to the present. At AltParadigms, they mentored startup founders and entrepreneurs and provided coaching and mentoring services to improve their effectiveness and create impact.

Before AltParadigms, Anand worked as the CEO at TeleDNA Communications Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2020. During their tenure, they led the company in the telecom messaging solutions space and incubated two new products. Prior to this, they were the CEO at Remedinet Technologies Private Limited from 2012 to 2014, where they launched an online platform for digitizing insurance claims in the healthcare industry.

Anand has also held senior positions at Wipro Limited, JobStreet.com India Private Limited, American Power Conversion (APC), GTL Limited, GE Healthcare, and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Their roles varied from Vice President of Sales & Marketing to CEO, Sales Director, and Service Marketing Manager.

Anand Iyer completed their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi in the years 1984-1988. Anand later pursued a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1992-1994. In addition, they obtained several certifications including the Online Proficiency Self Assessment for Independent Directors from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in 2023, and the Coacharya Certified Coach and Coaching Foundation certifications from Coacharya in 2020.
