Kateryna Kubasova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kateryna started their career in 2010 at Anzer IT Solutions, where they worked as a Technical Writer and Technical Support. Kateryna then joined EPAM Systems as an English Instructor from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they became the Owner of KIT English for IT, a company they still own. Kateryna also worked at Luxoft as a PMO from 2016 to 2017 and served as a Soft Skills Trainer from 2017 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Training and Development Manager at {j:Mind.Systems}. Currently, Kateryna holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at 5Blue Software, starting in 2021.

Kateryna Kubasova holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Kateryna also has additional certifications in various fields such as business training, project management, Agile and Scrum, and English proficiency. The certifications were obtained from institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Isaac Pintosevich Systems, and Udemy Academy, among others.
