Isabela Schiavinato is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-owner at 5à²õ±ð³¦ since February 2018, Isabela transitioned into this role after their mother stepped down from the family business. Previous roles include Head of Customer Service at Ateliê Baobá and Co-owner/Entrepreneur at 5à²õ±ð³¦, where Isabela navigated challenges during the 2008 Financial Crisis. Earlier experience encompassed business partnership at Partnership & Learning Educação Executiva and analyst roles at Souza Lima Construtora and the US Consulate in São Paulo. Isabela holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from FAAP, complemented by further education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
