Carol Ann Whitehead FRSA CMgr CCMI serves as Heritage Operations and Chief of Staff at The Portico Library since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing high-quality operational functions during the Reunite Project Development Phase. Carol Ann also chairs the Portico Public Programme Committee, overseeing a diverse array of public events. In addition, Carol Ann heads the EDI - Amplifying Muted Voices Campaign at 50:50 Parliament, directs CMI Women as Deputy Chair at the Chartered Management Institute, and manages a long-standing consultancy with The Zebra Partnership. With experience as a guest lecturer at The University of Manchester and previous roles in media and event management, including positions at Access Creative College and MACCLESFIELD BARNABY FESTIVAL LIMITED, Carol Ann is dedicated to fostering diverse leadership and empowering underrepresented voices. Carol Ann holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
