Richard Fisher is an accomplished founder and leader in social innovation and sustainable practices, currently serving as the Founder and Executive Director of 4th Second since April 2016. With a strong background in community empowerment, Fisher founded Vallejo SOUP to promote microgranting events for local projects and previously held the presidency at VALCORE, focusing on zero waste initiatives. As a Certified Biomimicry Professional, Fisher emphasizes nature-inspired solutions to global challenges and has served as a Social Innovation Fellow with StartingBloc.
