Kate Gilbert is an accomplished buying manager with extensive experience in the fashion retail industry. Currently serving as the Buying Manager at 4th & Reckless since January 2023, Kate previously played a pivotal role at M&Co from September 2019 to January 2023 as Established Brands Buyer, where Kate specialized in sourcing three distinct brands. Prior to that, Kate developed a comprehensive skill set at Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd, from July 2012 to September 2019, advancing through various roles including Junior Buyer and Senior Assistant Buyer. Kate holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2010.
