Bartosz Jabłoński began their work experience in 2012 as a Software Engineer at Paris Engineers, where they developed and maintained CRM/ERP software, integrated with SAP and SalesForce APIs. Bartosz also worked as a Technical Project Manager, managing client and supplier relationships for existing and new systems used at OTTO Holding. In 2017, Bartosz became the Owner of Code in the Cup, and later joined WDI Wise Device Inc. as a Software/Research Engineer. In this role, they designed and developed a telehistopathology platform, integrated with HIS systems and AD solutions. Currently, Bartosz is working as a Lead Frontend Developer at 4soft, focusing on frontend development in React for large ERP solutions and blockchain startups. Bartosz is responsible for making design decisions and managing development teams.

Bartosz Jabłoński completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Software Engineering at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2016. Bartosz then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the same university from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Bartosz obtained a certification in Protection of personal data from OTTO Workforce in June 2013.
