Liz Berks is a seasoned professional in customer experience and insights, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of 4SiGHT CX and Senior Director of Insights and CX at 4SiGHT Research & Analytics, both since February 2021. Liz is also a Founding Member of Women in CX, an online community dedicated to supporting women in the customer experience field. Previous roles include Managing Director at ABN Impact in Singapore, Senior Insights Director at Alida, and Customer Insights Director at T garage. Liz’s experience also encompasses product management at Cathay Pacific Airways and research leadership positions at Cimigo and GfK NOP. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Political History from the University of Leeds.
