Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Club of Lake County, significant cultural and operational transformations were implemented, including financial management improvements and the establishment of equitable compensation structures. With a robust background in nonprofit consulting and a strong advocacy for low-income populations, McKenna has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at MANO A MANO FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER, where impactful collaborative relationships were built.
