Curtis W. Fisher has extensive legal and leadership experience, serving as the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors for Planned Parenthood Great Plains since July 2017, where efforts focus on promoting reproductive health care across Tulsa and the surrounding states of Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. As the owner of The Fisher Law Office, PLLC since January 1996, Curtis W. Fisher has developed a robust legal practice. Prior to this, a shareholder and associate at Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis from 1984 to 1996 contributed to diverse legal expertise. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law (1977-1981), a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY (1971-1972), and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Anthropology from Phillips University (1967-1971).
