Elena Carstoiu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Elena began their career in 1999 as a Relationship Manager at PCHardware.ro. In 2001, they joined PC Hardware as a Sales Manager, where they worked until 2004. In 2002, Elena co-founded 4PSA and served as the COO, overseeing various functions such as finance, legal, sales, and HR. In 2012, they co-founded Hubgets Inc, where they continue to work as the COO, contributing to the development of the instant communication and collaboration app.

Elena Carstoiu completed their education in a chronological manner. Elena began their studies in 1994 at Colegiul National Sf. Sava, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Academia de Studii Economice din București in 1998. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Betriebswirtschaftslehre, which they successfully obtained in 2004. Continuing their academic journey, Elena Carstoiu then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2004 to 2005.
