Luurt van der Ploeg currently serves as CFO/COO at 4PS GROUP since September 2023. With extensive experience in supervisory board positions, Luurt has been a member of the Supervisory Board for Van ‘t Hek Groep since 2024 and Woonzorg Flevoland since 2022, as well as holding various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Haag Wonen (2015-2023) and Vice-chairman at Dunea NV (2014-2022). Luurt served as CFO at VolkerWessels from November 2015 to May 2023 and previously held CFO/CEO roles at Vesteda and Multi Corporation. Luurt's career began at Ernst & Young, focusing on auditors for multinationals and asset management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Groningen and various executive certifications from Nyenrode Business University.
