Morgan Kelley has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Marketing Intern Coordinator at Aviso Coaching, LLC. in 2016, where they revamped the company's website language, created social media advertisements, and tracked their progress. They then worked as a Radio Co-host and Interviewer at DCUfm, where they co-hosted a broadcast focused on music news and promoted emerging artists. In 2016, they also served as a Project Manager at 100minds, planning a charity concert event within a tight timeframe.

In 2017, Morgan joined Class Acts Entertainment as an Administrative Assistant and Marketing and Booking Agent Intern. They assisted with event planning and promotions, communicated with clients and artists, and managed administrative tasks. In 2018, they held multiple positions including iOS Implementation Analyst at EXPRESS, where they registered and configured devices for Express stores, and A&R/Manager at SoHi Sound Studio, where they sought out talent, managed artist and producer interactions, and generated marketing ideas.

In 2018, Morgan joined Live Nation Entertainment as an Ascend Amphitheater Site Operations staff member, where they prepared the venue, carried out special projects, interacted with guests, and ensured safety. Most recently, they are working as a Commissions Receivable Coordinator at Paradigm Talent Agency since 2019, handling commissions receivable tasks.

Currently, Morgan Kelley is employed as a Marketing Coordinator at 4Patriots since February 2021.

Morgan Kelley completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
